HR Business Partner opportunity in Mumbai for a professional holding at least 6 years' of experience in HR business partnering. You will use your experience to work in a tremendously growing organization.

- Acting as a grievance redressing system, solving complex employee relations query
- Analysing metrics, trends with HR department
- Building upon HR strategies
- Providing policy guidance
- Coordinating with various business functions connecting business and employees
- Handling complete HR business partnering department
REQUIREMENTS :
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in HR BP
- MBA (HR) graduates Tier 1 is a must
- Excellent Presentation and communication skills
