Manager HR Business Partner

- The Role We are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join us who will be responsible for building positive work culture and driving employee engagement for the sales workforce in Rajasthan.

- This role is based in Udaipur with frequent travel to Jaipur, Kota, Bikaner and Jodhpur. It's an individual contributor role wherein he/she would be taking care of 150-200 sales workforce across locations.

- This role would report into the AVP HRBP of the Rajasthan region.

Key Responsibilities :

- Visiting all 5 offices of Rajasthan and meeting employees on a regular basis

- Employee grievance and query management

- Implementing the employee engagement plan across Rajasthan

- Support the team in the implementation and execution of company rules and policies

Candidate Profile Specifically, the candidate should have :

- MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 B-School in HR or equivalent field

- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner for at least 2+ years

- Excellent people management and communication skills

- Prior experience of working with the large and young sales team
