The responsibilities of the role would encompass: Incumbent has to provide insights by doing following: 1. Sales HR Business Partnering 2. Attrition Management and engagement initiatives and retention championing 3. Performance management 4. Managing employee issues and grievance handling 5. Sharing the insights with the sales managers and helping sales managers to do things to address the employee concerns (including modifying their management style and approach) 6. Managing employee life cycle, engage in training activities and manage succession planning
