HRBP Manager - e-commerce tech start up

About the company : 

This early stage well-funded start up headquartered in Indonesia with a tech centre in Bangalore, is harnessing the power of e-commerce & fintech to create a wholesale e-commerce marketplace. The founders are two ex-Amazonians who have diverse backgrounds and multiple years of tech-industry experience

This rapidly growing company is looking for an HRBP Manager to work closely with the central HR team and drive policies and processes for India.

Responsibilities : 

- Lead policy and processes development for the India market, business partnering and working closely with the global HR lead to support in this

- Lead recruitment for the tech team based in Bangalore as per the need

- Develop and present various HR related training programs including new hire orientation and various manager training.

- Identify opportunities to enhance overall employee experience and engagement.

- Implement the HR policies and processes being rolled out

Qualifications/Requirements : 

- 5-6 years experience in a generalist HR role with at least 2 years experience in business partnering with a tech start-up being a plus

- Ability to consult with leadership and HR partners across multiple businesses and geographies

- A people's person who can coach employees, managers, and leaders through complex situations.

- Proven knowledge of HR industry practices related to India

- Ability to work independently

- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken

- Entrepreneurial, creative out-of-the-box thinker, with a get-things-done attitude
