We are looking for a Manager HRBP for an E-commerce client.

About Our Client

Our Client is the world's leading agri-marketing platform. Our Client is a 2015 startup, currently at a headcount of 300, has already received two rounds of funding and is already profitable. Their Head Office is at Bangalore.

Role: Our Client is looking for Manager HRBP. The position is based at Bangalore. This is a new position due to exponential growth of the Company.

Job Description:

- Need to Manage end to end HR Business Partnering role for city business unit.

- Need to do Manpower Planning, Hiring, Attrition, Training, Performance Management, Employee Engagement.

- Desig Incentives/R&R, Policy implementation.

- HR ops / Compliance.

- Will report to City head with a dotted reporting to HR Head

- HR Generalist exp from Non-IT companies with HR-BP exp

- Very high on execution and process orientation

- Provide people leadership for city business unit

- Strong communication and stakeholder management

- Local language proficiency is must (Kannada)

- Matured, Smart and People person - Should win credibility of people

- Highly action biased, process orientation and aggressive.

Salary Offered: 6-12LPA
