- Managing Talent engagement and development across the employee lifecycle.
- Responsible to recruit senior level manpower position at the regional and national level
- Responsible for Employee engagement, Performance management, Employee grievances
- Responsible for running the Disciplinary and regulatory compliance agenda across the Zone
- Managed the annual appraisal cycle by coordinating with the respective business heads
- Planned & coordinated various employee engagement activities and Rewards & Recognition events.
- Participated in employee related strategic discussions with Business Heads and ensuring the right inflow of manpower through the recruitment team.
