Support the Business Unit management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. This work includes, but is not limited to, increasing workforce capability, providing change leadership, talent management / succession planning and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement. This role drives project management for various HR initiatives including management training and development, succession planning, policy review and implementation. Key Responsibilities : - Proactively identifies and implements HR Processes. - Support to achieve the business plan in collaboration with the recruitment team and participating in interviews - Participating and ensuring training plan identification and deployment for employees with Managers/GM/VP & training SPOC. - Support employees in their individual development plan. - Active participation in deployment of PMS process for employees as per company guidelines. - The monitoring of HR performance indicators in place. - Improve existing and design new engagement processes such as employee communication, retention and rewards and recognition etc - Assisting and maintaining the social climate of the business vertical thereby achieving the organizational climate - Acts as the performance improvement driver and develops positive changes in the people management - Challenge the organizational structure and propose changes - Align the actions of team members with the objective of the team, whereby aligning with the company objective. - Guide the team members in leading change and innovation. - Making sound and strategic decisions to advance organizational goals. - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization - Be a single point of contact for any communication that must be sent from HR to all employees - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues - Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention - Support HR staff to resolve human resource problems, interpret HR policies and procedures and recommends effective courses of action. - Manage the employee orientation process and facilitate newcomers joining formalities - Works closely with Payroll team and other HR staff in developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing HR/Payroll programs, functions and activities. - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Desired Skills and competencies: - Should be from IT/Engineering/Manufacturing industry. - Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and methodical result orientation. - Analytical skills to assess and interpret key market trends to identify opportunities from a range of information sources. - Exhibit original thinking and entrepreneurial traits with a proven track record. - Leadership skills to engage collaborate and motivate a large team of stakeholders. - Articulate and well-read with excellent communication and presentation skills - Pleasing personality, assertive with good inter-personal skills and hands on approach - Must be organized, detail and process oriented - Must be skilled in use of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results - Strong business and HR acumen, strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and high on self-initiative - Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation - Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of industry best practices in talent management - Proven ability to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
