Manager - HR Business Partner - Big4 (9-13 yrs)

Opportunity with Big4, Mumbai (suburb)

Revolves around: Performance Management Systems, Grievance Handling, Rewards and Recognition and Compensation Benefits.

- Manages projects and people for HR activities related to managing the employee life cycle i.e On boarding, Performance Management, Performance Development and Exit management, while providing on the ground support and driving the initiatives respective to engagement, Reward and Recognition, Diversity and inclusion etc.

- Sets up and monitors compliance of internal processes. Reminds stakeholders of any outstanding processes.

- Ensure documentation of any new process / client / vendors

- Adds value by enabling improvements processes and internal services

- Anticipates the needs of the business, listens to and addresses concerns.

- Provides compelling and well thought-out solutions in a credible manner

- Demonstrates a tolerance for ambiguity and an ability to flex delivery style to meet various needs.

- Develops lasting internal client relationships and actively builds their network and a range of experience to help address client needs.. - Providing support to the HRBP team during the onboarding process for day one induction familiarizing new joiner with firm people agenda

- Monitors the process for on boarding Advisors, Senior Advisors, Academic trainees and third party resources in the system ensuring accuracy in the documentation.

- Provides approval and resolves escalations while managing the employee database by making the adhoc changes for PM and supervisor update, contract end dates for FTS resources, retainers etc, partner,HRBP etc as per business requirement.

- Makes timely approval as required for Functional and Location transfer in the system in accordance to our transfer policies in the system in a timely manner as per business requirement

- Drives business culture to encouraging the performance development processes for completion of goal setting, self assessment and closure of rating forms, having maximum contexts/performance conversations between the PM and the employee.

- Drives process for the business.

- Drives business culture encouraging maximum participation in the various different initiatives by PRIDE.

- Monitoring and controlling the allocation and utilization of the encore budgets and providing guidance.

- Providing support and guidance to junior team members for exit process ensuring compliance in the exit related activities of resignation discussion, completion of exit clearances, treatment of notice period etc.

Quality :

- Effectively tracks compliance and regulatory requirements across offices

- Keeps track of all HR expenses (budget vs actual).Displays excellent project management skills to deliver high quality work on time and to budget

- Plan and re-schedule priorities and timescales in light of changing requirements

- Clearly articulates the expectation regarding work result, time effort and timelines to team members

- Ensures self and team comply with risk management requirements

- Demonstrates a deep expertise in area of expertise - Resolves escalation related to any pending activity for the on boarding process

- Provides guidance and support to Junior team members in the matters of HR policies

- Provides approvals as required for ensuring 100% accuracy in the data while making changes in the employee database.

- Provides relevant approval to ensure 100% adherence to the Transfer policies and timelines while initiating transfer in the system.

- Driving 100% completion for the goal setting, self-appraisal and closure of rating in the system.

- Monitors and scrutinizes to ensure 100% compliance in the documentation/ on boarding formalities for the retainers and third party resources.

- Ensuring maximum utilization of the encore budget while ensuring 100% compliance to the nomination criteria.

- Keeps controls and monitors formalities to ensure 100 % compliance in the exit process i.e. completion of clearance, termination inputs, F&F query resolution.
