Ideal Candidate :
- 8 to 12 years of experience
- Generalist HRBP who has managed employees/leaders from sales and marketing background
- Experience handling- 250+ employee base

- Demonstrable business partnering experience with end to end ownership of HR initiatives through execution and delivery
- Provide proactive guidance and support for organizational planning and development initiatives that align the human resources agenda in support of key business strategies and initiatives in client groups
- Deliver an effective client-service HR mentality that instills company-wide trust and value for the HR function
- Effective relationship builder with strong influencing skills, across a range of diverse and global stakeholders
