Manager/Expert- Human Resource Business Partner

Job opportunity in Mumbai for Manager/Expert - HR Business Partner, looking for graduate/PG from premium institute. In this role you will be managing HR Business Partnering for a leading financial services organisation

Location: Mumbai

- Advising the managers and employees on various aspects of HR and supporting managers in terms of HR related queries

- Developing and building deep understanding of the business on which the person is supporting

- Ensuring effective change management best practices are applied to all structures

- Developing and delivering relevant interventions to retain and manage the talent

- Ensuring D&I objectives are clearly considered, also the employee wellbeing initiatives are being taken

- Managing Employee Relations Risk with aligned business area and across the business where appropriate

- Supporting managers with organizational management, related to organizational changes and resourcing (concerted action with Functional HRBPs where appropriate)

- Supporting managers with local and global policy queries and applying policies to specific business situations, including determining exceptions


- Qualified Master in Business Administration from premium college

- Experience of 10-14 years in a strategic HRBP role, and scaling up the organisation; self starter with strong problem solving skills along with great analytical skills.

- Experience of business partnering with Global organization, preferably from shared services/captives will be preferred

- Understanding of the wider HR process like: talent management/OD, ER, HR advisory, engagement etc

- Effectively managing multiple stakeholders


- Managing and defining the HR Business Partnering vertical for well established global organization

- Learn various new skills outside of your domains
