The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the HR charter within the business, driving both strategic and operationally focused initiatives and service which delivers against the business strategy and supports a business partner model.
1. Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders & leaders in the business.
2. Providing strategic & day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of the business' HR plans.
3. Using experience, skills & knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organizational design, employee engagement & talent analytics.
4. Supporting line managers across the business on organizational structure and design.
5. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
6. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
1. MBA - HR degree
2. Able to contribute independently - Self Starter
3. Comfortable working hands-on on a fast-paced startup environment
4. Outstanding written and oral communication skills and great.
5. Great in managing Data and able to draw insights from Data
