HRBP Manager
Develop and drive the long-term HR strategy for the Org.
- Implement all initiatives such as talent management, learning and development, performance management, annual salary review etc.
- Provide thought leadership through Talent Assessment discussions aligned with the business and talent strategies.
- Positively impact both labor costs and effectiveness
- Enable/Streamline processes to ensure intake of quality talent by partnering with Talent Acquisition Team.
- Develop strategies & execute a robust action plan to increase employee engagement levels within the Org.
- Work with the various teams to drive HR related KPIs and SLAs
- Plan and implement various Employee Engagement activities
- Talent Acquisition ; Drive fulfillment of open positions by adhering to TAT guidelines.
- HRBP Manager will lead and contribute in strengthening the culture and key values of the organization to develop a strong and unique Employee Value Proposition for the organization.
- They will be responsible for all functions within HR and work closely with various business functions in the organization to contribute to the company's overall success.
- MBA with 10-15 Years experience in HRBP role from mid size company .
