Manager - HR Business Partner (7-10 yrs)
Articulate, Drive & Manage all HR lifecycle Processes and develop the leadership pipeline in the Practice Groups within the Service Line.
- Partnering with business leaders for all employee related initiatives.
- High people engagement levels both at junior & senior levels and service delivery excellence.
- Leading HR Generalist activities for a service line with employees spread across the globe.
- Ensuring excellence in service delivery, for HR processes i.e. performance appraisal, Annual rewards and recognition etc. Managing Service level agreements. Employee advocacy and grievance handling.
- Working with various Market Units and Practice groups to design and implement talent management and retention activities.
- Proactively lead Employee Engagement activities in the service line.
- Develop succession for key leadership through an optimum blend of internal and external talent and develop and retain top talent.
- Strategize different methods to increase talent retention rate.
- Drive external and global HR best practices
Educational Qualification & Experience Required:
- Two years Full time MBA (HR) from Tier-1 Institute.
- 7-10 years of overall experience in HR
Job Description
- Good hands-on knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub systems. Exposure to Line HR role would be considered as an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Customer orientation – understanding the true need of the customer and then working out the solutions.
- Ability to interact confidently with Senior Leadership.
- Display sustained energy and determination in the face of obstacles to set and meet challenging targets
- Ability to work in diverse teams
- Interpersonal sensitivity; ability to relate to individuals and develop sustained working relationships is key.
- High on persuasiveness which helps drive closures of HR processes.
