Manager - HR Business Partner (5-8 yrs)
Urgently looking for Manager-HR Business Partner for a leading MNC based at Jaipur.
Location: Jaipur
CTC: 12-16 lakh
Roles and Responsibility
- Responsible for the entire Associate life cycle in the group (On boarding to Exit and post exit formalities). .
- Working with the Business Head for the Target Setting Exercise of Sales and Relationship Associates
- Driving Connect Programs
- Aligning all the HR polices with the various processes to ensure compliance, cost reduction and also to improve the Associate Delight.
- Overseeing the resource management based on the group’s Business Plan.
Experience/Qualification desired:
- Looking for HR professional with 5-8 years of HR Business Partner experience.
- MBA HR (Full time only) from premier B schools.
