Manager - HR Business Partner - 4G Telecom (3-7 yrs)

1. Managing complete hiring life cycle i.e. Sourcing, Screening, coordinating interviews, offer processing and post offer engagement

2. To manage complete offer negotiation process within pay bands till closure, conducting RPAT and managing candidate throughout the process ensuring an outstanding candidate experience

3. Prepare periodic reports to track and monitor performance against manpower plan and budget, and accuracy of hiring and other performance metrics

4. Partner with Stakeholders and Respective Hiring Manager to identify critical talent gaps and trends within Business, Technology and Enterprise Business at State Head Quarter and carry out recruitment activities for specialized hiring identified as per skill gap analysis and the complete selection process to bring the candidate on board within defined Hiring Time Line

5. Plan succession for every critical role in the business

6. Resourcing and Vendor management-Optimally utilizing various Sourcing parameters/criteria within the Talent Acquisition space and keep a close watch with the defined vendors/consultants in the market with positive relationship management

7. To work on operational improvement initiatives

8. Ensure role clarity to employees & implement project milestones based on PMS

9. Ensure talent engagement & development activities through Performance Management, Reward Management, Career Development, and Culture Building.

Responsible for execution of HR initiatives, Employee engagement initiatives, along with managing employee relation activities, advise managers on employee issues

10. Arranging L&D activities

11. Understand Human Resource Management policies and processes, support in implementation and execution of all such policies

12. Be responsible for administrative and statutory compliance of HR Policies for smooth area operations and adhere to HR governance when maintaining HR data.

13. Respond to routine questions on Human Resource policies and procedures and identify potential issues raised by organization employees and people managers
