Roles & responsibilities : 1. Accountable for assessment of the end-to-end implementation of HR processes including onboarding, payroll management, exit management etc. 2. Drive process improvements in various HR processes leading to reduced TATs and higher efficiency. 3. Conduct periodic internal audits and highlight discrepancies among important stakeholders in the implementation of HR processes, systems, and related documentation. 4. Partner with internal and external audit teams to complete audits timely and in an effective manner. 5. Ensure action on all audit reports and implementation of audit action items in a timely manner. 6. Handling HR transformation projects end-to-end on the need basis, as a part of the HR operations team Capabilities : 1. 5+ years in HR operations, preferably in an organization with at least 3000+ headcount 2. Excellent Communication Skills 3. Good People Management Skills 4. Extrovert and Passionate 5. Exceptional analytical abilities 6. High on ownership 7. Exceptional drive for results Location: Mumbai
