Job Role: HR Analytics

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Manager - HR (0-2 year work experience) , preferably from tier 1/ tier 2 colleges

Responsibilities:

- To work in areas of people metrics, reporting, and predictive analytics

- Build strong understanding of HR data and translate large data set into simple, brief insights

- Talent analytics from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing attrition

- Design, develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports

Skills:

- Strong analytical and logical thinking

- Proficient in MS Excel
