Manager: HR Analytics & Compensation and Benefits - Financial Services


About the client : Our client is one of the most reputed brands in the Financial Services Industry

Reporting to : C&B Head + CHRO

Exp : 4-9 yrs

Responsibilities :

- Lead the compensation and benefits portfolio, provide thought leadership to senior management team on compensation and benefits program

- Developing action plans to implement the strategies, and measures for assessing strategic progress including recruiting, training/retraining,restructuring organizations, succession planning etc.

- Providing leadership tools (e.g. dashboards, presentations, etc.) to assist with measuring progress

- Run regular audits on data and follow up with HR owners for corrections,

- Work closely with business partners to understand project requirement and implement the same using sound data knowledge and experience

- Track industry trends through interaction with stakeholders, analyzing macro secondary research and thus help the company develop its future growth plans.

- Research, conduct external bench marking & trend analysis, review the company's compensation and benefits program to identify improvement opportunities

- Support in redesigning PMS and streamline the incentive plans

- Support in redesigning Rewards and Recognition plan

- Manage compensation related operational activities

Key Requirements :

- Strong HR analytical and presentation skills

- Very strong problem solving and number crunching skills

- Relevant C&B experience is a necessity

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Advanced Excel proficiency
