Manage a team of data Scientists and carry out hands on statistical analysis and machine learning techniques such as forecasting, segmentation using different types of data, and machine learning algorithms like prediction modeling, structural equation modelling, random forest, SVM and text mining using Python. The purpose of the role is provided insights and solutions for HR Domains such as:
- Employer value proposition
- Talent demand forecast and workforce planning
- High performer profiling
- Talent development needs segmentation
- Employee engagement
- Attrition analytics etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure insight driven Talent and HR problem solutioning and drive business outcome indicators
- Lead multiple projects / deal to ensure smooth delivery
- Work with leadership team to drive delivery excellence, innovation agenda and next generation analytics to cross-sell and up-sell Talent & HR analytics solution portfolio
- Lead and groom a pool of domain, statistical and programmer analysts and responsible for people metrics
Educational Qualifications :
- Education from a top institute a must post-graduate level
- MSc / MTech from top Indian institutes - IIM, XLRI, IIT, ISI or top US Universities (with statistics as subject) OR
- Engineering with MBA
CORE SKILLS:
2. Should have worked on building advanced analytics statistical models and text mining in the Talent & HR / Marketing Analytics area
3. Strong Analytics experience (descriptive and advanced - machine learning, forecasting, text minng) - 10+ years
4. Excellent knowledge of Python, working knowledge of tableau / Power BI
