Manager - HR Analytics - BFS

HR Analytics Manager for a very large and renowned NBFC. Role will work closely with HR Head on multiple initiatives. Looking for a good analytical mind with excellent inter-personal skills.

Key Responsibilities are:

- Establish data points and MIS

- Analyse and develop decision support inputs

- Coordinate with various functions

- Work on people productivity metrics

- Help in designing policies based on analytics

- Help in designing compensation strategy

- Assist in assessing business performance of the teams
