Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Applicants must be an MBA with HR

- Applicants must have 3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in the field of the HR gamut

- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills

- Good written and spoken English and presentation skills

- Experience and ability to use MS Office word, excel and power-point, outlook, etc

- Ability to prioritize own workload and work to tight time scales & deadlines

- Ability to use own initiative and make decisions within the sphere of work and knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Performance management and career development for employees.

- Having a telephonic discussion with candidates and validating them from an HR point of view.

- To handle complete recruitments, payroll, handling statutory compliances, staff welfare activities, employee motivation and building up a strong team for the company.

- Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback/recommendations to the management.

- The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.

- Ensuring successful completion of the onboarding process, all joining formalities, and documentation requirements within stipulated timelines Miscellaneous.

- An HR Person will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.

- Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furnishings, etc.

- Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities. Vendor management- Oversee acquisition, installation, and commissioning of the items

- Asset Management of all operations assets.

- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management

- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

- Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees.
