HR Operations
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR function and maintaining HR records, such as compensation, attendance, leave record, joining and exit details, etc. on the HRMS
- Completion of pre & post joining formalities of new joiners
- Assist HR Head in creating HR Policies & procedures as required
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process by screening profiles, lining up interviews etc.
- Address employee grievances w.r.t. HR policies and procedures, benefits etc.
- Responsible for execution of various employee engagement activities and Rewards & Recognition programs planned for the year
- Arrange/Conduct meetings for organizing events/workshops
- Coordinate with stakeholders and other team members of the organization for driving and executing the performance appraisal system
- Manage the payroll process and ensure adherence of statutory compliances (PF/ESIC/LWF/Shops & Establishment )
- Manpower Planning & Budgeting
- Maintaining good relations with employees at all levels of the organization
- Keeping all official communications confidential at all levels.
- Perform duties as and when assigned by the HR Head
Administration
- Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office
- Maintain all records and documents for future references
- Coordinate for group Mediclaim renewal and claim settlements of employees
- Tracking budget vs actual expenses on regular basis
