They are looking for a Manager -House of Policy at Gurgaon

- Drive and mentor projects on continuous improvement and operational excellence across all businesses

- Improving Controls and mitigating of Risks across the various markets Managing processes across P2P, O2C and R2R-

- Process improvements in Vendor Management, Customer Management, Bank Reconciliation and implementation of Workflow Tool

- Operations optimization and cost saving. Process improvement and Process re-engineering- Business Research and suggesting best tools as per business requirement-

- Manage customer expectations through effective communication and on time delivery of all agreed results.

- Standardize, re-engineer and simplify operations through value-stream mapping and process documentation.

- Manage project team members- expectations and derive optimum results within agreed time frames.-

- Mentor process improvement projects

- Drive Operational excellence through building training materials and delivering training to the Ops teams.

- Drive Metric culture across all functions and support for continuous improvement.-
