Manager / Head - Talent Acquisition for a leading service organization

We are a leading, professionally managed Executive Search organization engaged in identifying Senior Talent for our clients who are World-Renowned MNC & Indian Enterprises across diverse verticals. We do placements across functions and across India.

Our clients are a leading service organization based in Central Suburbs, Mumbai with a pan-India headcount of 1000+. They have profitable & growing operations.

Our clients are looking for an accomplished Manager / Head - Talent Acquisition to be based in Parel and take ownership of the Recruitment function (including CXO & Senior Management levels). Will report to the CHRO.

Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Job Profile :

1. Collaborate with the All-India business heads for talent needs

2. Prepare the annual hiring plans

3. Source the right candidates with the highest levels of speed and efficiencies

4. Conduct onboarding & induction

5. Manage recruitment partners & vendors

6. Provide periodic MIS to the Board

Candidate Profile :

1. Education: Graduates / MBAs

2. Should have 10 - 20 Years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment Pan-India including at Headoffice and Branches

3. Excellent working knowledge of using LinkedIn and job sites

4. Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.

5. Proactive approach: Ability and readiness to have a hands-on approach and execution when necessary of any responsibilities when required. Willing to put in the extra mile to source the right candidates in time.

The position is expected to be closed in the next 2 weeks.
