Role : Payroll Manager / Head

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data collection, calculation, and inputting.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies during payroll processing.
- Administer and maintain payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and implementing upgrades.
- Collaborate with Recruitment and other departments to validate payroll information.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and accurately.
- Generate payroll reports, including tax filings and benefits deductions.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding payroll.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Post-Graduate in HR, Accounting, or Finance.
- 10-12 years of relevant payroll management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws.
- Familiarity with HRMS and time systems.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS-Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
