- To develop and implement Mobile category business plan consistent with the overall Electronics Category and within budget
- To focus on achieving desired focus brand sales mix, develop & enhance Omnichannel sales mix and launch if new brands.
- To co-ordinate and research on category trends & competition for this category to make in-roads for sustained growth for present & future.
- To ensure that the key metrics governing the health of this category is met, including Conversion rate, NPS and right ratio of GMV:NMV.
- To achieve financial output such as targeted NMV, AMOP and Profit Contribution.
- Interface with internal teams (cross functional) to drive sales.
- To suggest and give feedback on consumer facing activities such as UI/UX, Supply chain, CS etc.
