Manager/Head - IT Contract Staffing Business

For our partner company, which is led by industry veterans in IT - looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial candidate to lead the IT Contract Staffing business.

Be responsible for taking over existing client accounts, acquire new accounts, build the business and drive it end to end. the management team will provide guidance and support as required to help you succeed.

The ideal candidate will -

a) Have extensive experience in IT Staffing

b) Be good at building a team and a client base, including nurturing existing clients

c) Have extensive experience in Contract staffing business, track record of building a business will be preferred.

d) Have an entrepreneurial mindset - willing to build and take risks - willing to work on growth based compensation / reward model.

e) Have good industry connects in this business
