Brief : HR Manager/Head required for a Political Consulting and Governance based organization. The Role would be contractual and base would be Chandigarh/ Bangalore. Roles and Responsibilities : - Assist in setting up various HR Processes across workstreams - Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes including, posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone and in-person interviews, and coordinating with stakeholders - Execute the onboarding process of new joiners - Manage the Human Resource database of the organization - Coordinate for monthly HR operational and payroll activities - Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as payslip, reimbursements, etc. - Ensuring completion of exit process and documentation Ideal Candidate : - 0-7 years of experience in handling various HR Roles and Responsibilities - Open to working in a Start-up like setup with long working hours - Good communication skills as well as proficient in using of MS Office - Have strong time management skills and people management skills - Have an ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects - Have a keen eye for detail, be self-motivated working under minimal supervision
