HR Manager / Head-HR:

Job Profile: Will report to the Head-HR and lead a small team.

KRAs Will handle:

1. Talent Acquisition

2. Appraisals

3. HR operations from employee onboarding to exit.

4. Manpower Budgeting & Control

5. Statutory compliance, Benefits administrations, PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and payment of bonus, accident insurance and Mediclaim.

6. HR Analytics & MIS

Candidate Profile: MBAs (HR) with 12-25 years relevant experience in great / well-managed engineering, automobile, fmcg, durables, and other manufacturing organisations. Exposure to ERP Must (SAP) desirable
