Manager/Head - Finance - CA/CS (5-8 yrs)
- Lead and manage the finance & accounts team
- Good knowledge of company law affairs, conducting board meetings, Minutes books, command on formation of companies and company law sections and CARO
- Preparation of AOP and periodic review of financial statements
- Designing various cost models to improve margin
- Preparation of Financials under IND AS and co-ordinating with Big Four Audit Firm
A candidate should be CA & CS with 5-7 years of experience:
- Must have working experience in a manufacturing environment preferably from pharma, consumer and healthcare industry
- willing to work 6 days a week (working days-Monday To Saturday)
- Willing to relocate
