ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Focused on channel management and revenue generation via partner programs associated with the licensing of clients Loan Products to third parties. - Customer Acquisition &amp; Rights Management: Procurement, compliance and Financial Transmission Rights (FTRs) management function from third parties. - Handling the billing and invoicing of Partners. - Liaison with partners to establish and maintain senior industry networks and executive-level relationships across our partners- organisations. - Monitor daily performance of the business, identify and resolve bottlenecks in the system. - Develop annual roadmaps/strategy with internal stakeholders to drive growth. - Develop account plans to identify and drive new sales opportunities with partners. - Actively structure, negotiate, execute and manage new and existing contracts defining profit- sharing and to meet the regulatory changes. - Partner with Fullerton India's product and sales teams to leverage distribution partnerships to win new business from financial services institutions. - Manage the loan pipeline process from beginning to end and to ensure the swiftness and accuracy of client's finances. - Ensure timely follow-ups with respective stake holders for issue resolution in case of any escalation. - Capture root cause analysis and identify escalation triggers- undertake measures to reduce repeated escalations. - Maintain good CSAT score. - Handling loan cancellations.
