Job Description : - Person will combine creative thinking & command of analytical strategic planning. - Prior consulting experience in a large professional services or consulting firm, with significant experience in one or more of the following industries; Real Estate, Infrastructure or EPC sector. - Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. - Experience of business change projects and programs and driving change cross-functionally within a project environment. - Growth & Innovation Strategy. - Strategy & Operations team focus on helping clients to transform the effectiveness and efficiency of their business model and operations. - Project Planning and Forecasting. - Enhancing key project activities to enable planned progress. - Developing strategy for filling the gap between target and actual production. - Strategic consulting, including business plan development for production and injection. - Developed the expansion plan. - Carrying out in-house projects & resolving key business issues. - Work with relevant functional teams for a specified duration on strategic initiatives. - Work across teams to pull together strategic projects from high level vision through execution plan and manage the same.
