They have a network of 10,000+ fitness services like gyms. studios, trainers, dieticians and healthy kitchens. They help users discover fitness around them, book trial experiences and purchase memberships. Their platform has had over 5 lakh users who have availed services to kickstart a fitter lifestyle. They need to fill-up following position asap.  Position : Manager - Growth and Strategic Initiatives  Education : Post - Graduate Degree in any stream (Preferably related to Business & Finance)  Experience : 1 - 5 years  Location : Mumbai  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  1. Candidate will develop a strong understanding of the business & the industry. Conduct a 360 Degree research & analysis of the current business, growth & development. Identify areas of potential growth through various marketing & new initiative strategies. Understand and bridge the gap between demand-supply marketplace functions. Initiate & lead corporate tie - ups for corporate / employee well-being initiatives. Spearhead partnerships with brands and companies in the well-being eco-system to expand company's customer traction. Work cross - functionally with all the verticals within the company. Measure and report performance & growth on a monthly basis.  2. Should be a Post - Graduate Degree in any stream (Preferably related to Business & Finance). 1 - 5 years of experience. Project Management experience in a startup / online brand. Experience with pitching to corporate clients. Excellent coordination skills. Strong analytical & data driven thinking. Creative & strong eye for detail. Up to date with latest industry trends. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.). Strong Relationship Building Skills.
