Manager - Growth & Sales - Financial Outsourcing Firm (5-8 yrs)

Job Summary :

Responsible for managing the promotion and positioning of the Organization & the products and services of the organization. The role would also be responsible to attract more clients for the organization and to raise brand awareness through the creation of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development Initiatives :

- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs

- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships

- Lead the sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients and drive the CRM Implementation across the organisation.

- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders

- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed

- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news

Brand Awareness | Creating & Promotion:

- PR, campaigns & communications | Digital and Print

- Optimizing Social media presence for the organisation

- Organize Regular Webinars and facilitate participation in domestic and global industry events / conferences

- Bi-weekly Blogs within the Organization

Digital Marketing & SMO (Supervising this through external freelance consultants) :

- Learning & implementing Quality SEO on all the website pages. Using tools to implement both inbound & outbound SEO

- Launching Google Ad Campaigns; Improving LinkedIn Ad Campaigns

- Internal newsletters for the organization, with updates around the organization, news & awareness

- Lead generations through social media and other marketing campaigns

- Growth in Website Traffic and tracking

- Growth in Facebook & LinkedIn Traffic
