Manager - Growth Marketing - Internet/Online (5-10 yrs)

We are currently hiring a Growth Marketer for a well-funded and established start-up. The start-up is on its exponential growth journey so if working in a fast-paced environment and working on disruptive solutions is something that you resonate with, then this is a great opportunity for you.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, the person would be responsible for product growth marketing of web & mobile product and effectively lead initiatives and report on key business and product metrics.

The role will include understanding the customer data and partnering with the product team to develop and prioritize the marketing roadmap via CRM.

This role will own product messaging, positioning, sales and partner enablement, as well as partner with marketing teams to drive demand and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand the consumer personas/ segments and create levers to drive them towards business objectives (activation, retention, engagement, conversion etc.)

- Lead all communications via emails, SMS, web notifications, Push Notifications, and mobile app notifications

- Co-own key metrics across the customer journey i.e., user onboarding, user activation, user engagement/ retention and conversion.

- Create right messaging for target personas that demonstrates an understanding of their key business problems and pain points and articulate our value proposition.

- Partner with teams across the company including product and marketing to track the right metrics and execute campaigns that drive the key metrics on an ongoing basis.

- Develop email marketing and push campaigns to drive the appropriate user behaviour to meet business objectives- across web and mobile.

This role needs an analytical thinker who can bring synergies between business insights and quantitative and qualitative data to develop strategies. If ambiguity bothers you and you don't want to work with unstructured data then please refrain from applying.

To fit the bill, you must have:

- 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, CRM marketing.

- MBA from a good B School.

- Must have worked with a B2B or B2C digital product start-up that has seen scale.

- Demonstrated success in driving and completing multiple projects simultaneously and setting priorities, in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

- Proven track results of delivering results through cross-functional teams.

- Proficient in defining and tracking success metrics

- Good oral and written communication skills
