Opening for a Manager in Growth Marketing.

This company is a start up in men's health and wellness started by Suhas Misra, a co-founder of Paper Boat juice maker Hector Beverages Pvt. Ltd. An IIM-Calcutta alumnus, Misra was associated with Hector Beverages for five years starting 2009.

The startup's other co-founders are Gaurav Gupta and Saurabh Kumar. Gupta, an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, had in the past launched book summary app service Bookbhook and also worked with Coca-Cola, Nokia and Citibank. Kumar was previously associated with Berger Paints, ICICI Bank and Reliance Money.

Currently have a funding of 1 million dollar.

Responsibilities :

- Own End to End lead funnel (ideation to iteration)

- Traffic generation strategy & implementation for the website and landing pages

- Data/Metrics Driven & Proven experience in quantitative & qualitative analysis including ROI, CAC & LTV

- Lead online campaigns to enable all manner of paid marketing for user conversion.(Facebook Advertising/Instagram/ Google search & Google display network)

- Practitioner of remarketing, programmatic buying & affiliate marketing

- Willing to take full ownership of lead funnel and traffic across all paid digital platforms
