Primary responsibilities :&nbsp; - Conceptualise and develop integrated marketing campaigns with multichannel touch points in order to maximise brand/product visibility and lead gen. - Emphasis on performance Marketing, continuously drive and measure effectiveness of campaigns and all other marketing initiatives to scale customer acquisition and conversions - Marketing road mapping aligned to brand and business strategy - short term and long term plans with a well spread marketing and tactical calendar - Support brand building efforts and establish the brand positioning and brand narrative globally - Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teams (email, social media, events, etc.) to identify and tap key growth opportunities. - Hands on experience with digital marketing, marketing automation tools, CRM software and analytics. Experience in driving global webinars, podcasts - Manage annual marketing budgets and finances efficiently, maximise ROI - Continuously look out for newer and creative ways to attract prospects and conversion to tap onto the demand. Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business growth - Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research data for the business/sector - Keep abreast with the latest trends in marketing and the sector/industry Key requirements and qualification :&nbsp; - Proven experience in Growth Hacker role with International Exposure - Strategic thinking and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills - High standards of execution excellence and attention to detail - In-depth knowledge of road mapping and multichannel marketing plans - Global outlook
