Growth Marketing manager Responsibilities: - As M/SM - Growth, you would be leading the Repeat and Reactivation efforts for xxx and all new business line initiatives working with product, business, analytics, finance, brand, design and research teams - Build strong collective understanding on the reasons of dormancy, drivers of reactivation, and habit formation for retention - Drive growth by unlocking levers across Product, Discounting, Paid and Owned Media, UX and more - Improve maturity of discounting processes- Experiment and improve discounting strategy towards cohort level optimizations, reducing incidental burn, and increase relevance to maximize incremental user growth - Build a strong competitive landscape in retention and reactivation, and drive xxx towards being market leader in the execution of initiatives. - Own the product roadmap by working closely with the product team to unlock non-investment led growth - Own and drive customer insights in to drive frequency, value, and habit formation across xxx services Desired skills: - Self driven and strong bias for action, fitment in startup culture - Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills - In-depth knowledge of the Paid Marketing ecosystem, attribution models and segmentation / personalization on external communication channels - Experience with a B2C consumer tech / e-commerce platform, preferably in a growth marketing role
