Manager - Growth Marketing - B2C Startup (3-8 yrs)

This role is based with an early-stage startup in B2C environment backed by strong funding partners.

Looking for prospective candidates coming from a B2C environment who being the part of this set-up will be working directly with the management to establish performance marketing/growth initiatives over here.

The following will be job - responsibilities of the desired candidate. :

- Responsible for complete growth funnel from user acquisition, activation, retention, referral to conversion.

- Driving user acquisition through different activities on social media channels.

- Work on SEO, ASO to ensure higher visibility of the application.

- Initiating marketing partnerships to drive business growth.

- Creating content engine that addresses user needs and drives target audience.

- Track and optimize paid spends across different channels.

- Responsible for ownership & problem solving areas.
