Responsibilities: - Deliver results on the designated work streams related to inside sales vertical - Handle the end-end process from planning to executing within the work streams - Workstreams span a diverse range of areas from hiring, infrastructure management, monitoring daily operations, reporting, customer support, etc - Grow into a senior leadership role (for a business function) within a one-two year timespan once desired experience is built Requirements: - You have 2+ years of work experience in non-technical managerial role, startup experience is a plus - You are a graduate of NIT/ Top State engineering colleges/ Good MBA Colleges - You are creative, a high-hustler and have a get-stuff-done attitude - You have excellent communication skill in English - You prefer a hands-on approach for executing experiments and setting processes - You have high analytical & problem-solving ability and a go-getter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing goals - You have a high level of motivation, energy & drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved
