Manager Growth & Expansion ( BI, Analytics & Consulting )

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop country expansion growth strategy basis in-depth analysis; create a framework for sellers to expand into a new marketplace and guide sellers where they have no presence and no understanding of the business dynamics for the new product in the new marketplace in terms of devising a go-to-market plan (relevant selection, sales ramp, and marketing investment).

- As a strategic initiative, identify specific programs to drive which will ensure the seller's growth in the new Marketplace in the long term.

In-stock planning and management :

- Develop forecasting models with an understanding of current and upcoming promotions/events and recent inventory issues; partner with Sales/Account management teams to ensure the inventory models are used across channels.

Selection Expansion/Planning :

- Understand market-specific category insights and devise an actionable plan to increase selection partnering with sales/account management teams

- Conduct deep-dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on the sellers current business and future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.

- Create a team of motivated Analysts to drive the above responsibilities

Location : This position is based out of Bangalore, India

Basic Qualifications :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong ownership ability to work independently and deliver results Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience

- Experience driving large, cross-functional, projects within recognizably successful organizations in a comparable fast-paced environment.

- Experience with Internet/e-commerce businesses is beneficial.

- You will be responsible for monitoring key success metrics for sellers, identifying problem areas and business challenges and collaboratively shaping solutions business and product teams to help sellers grow and optimize on the Amazon platform.

- The successful candidate has a passion for extracting actionable insights from data. He/she rolls up his/her sleeves, innovates, and quickly becomes a subject matter expert to assess business performance across sellers and market segments.

- He/she has significant experience working with customers, analyzing data, identifying trends, extracting conclusions, and presenting findings in a simple and clear manner. He/she enjoys problem-solving and is proficient in using Excel and other tools to analyze large data sets.
