Job Description-

1. Own & deliver the targets on a collection of business critical workstreams

- Workstreams range from process discovery to stabilization to process improvements through rapid experimentation

- Work with cross functional stakeholders in driving business critical projects forward

- Grow into a senior leadership role (for a business function) within a one-two year timespan once desired experience is built

Experience: - Management consulting for 1-2 years

Qualifications/Desired Attributes: - Education: IITs/NITs/BITS Only

- High Ownership of Numbers. Hands-on approach for executing experiments and setting processes.

- High analytical & problem solving ability

- Hungry to grow fast

- Ability to work in dynamic environment with changing goal posts and responsibilities

- High levels of motivation, energy & drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved
