Manager - Group Procurement (5-7 yrs)

One of the Largest Business houses in the country is hiring a Group Procurement Manager ( Mumbai Based role)

Job Purpose:

Support the Group Procurement function in the Group to achieve price and value synergies among ABG's businesses.

Key Accountabilities:

- Collecting spend data of Group MOU items from Businesses on a periodical basis and carrying out spend analysis.

- Prepare RFQ

- Obtain vendor quotations

- Evaluate vendors based on qualitative and quantitative aspects

- Undertake research, cost modelling and analysis of supply markets to identify opportunities and inform sourcing strategies

- Prepare reports on each vendor, product and service.

- Organize and lead vendor negotiations for MRO and IT.

- Prepare relevant notes, rate contracts and other documentation to support the vendor negotiation process.

- Populate and maintain complex databases to analyze and interpret supplier and organizational information for procurement planning and decision making.

- Apply risk management and compliance checks when researching and analyzing supply markets to identify potential risks and trigger risk mitigation and management responses.

- Lead Digitization of current processes

- Maintain administrative tasks including contract renewal calendar

Key Skills

Educational Qualification: B. Tech./B.E. in Engineering. MBA will be an added advantage.

Experience - 5-8 years

Negotiation, Analytical skills, Good verbal and written communication skills,

Ability to build a rapport with internal and external customers, vendors and stakeholders, Command in Excel and Power Point.
