Manager - Group Performance Management - BFSI (7-15 yrs)
Own the Group level Performance Management Program
- Design frameworks, policies & processes which are best aligned to the organizational strategy & priorities
- Design & review of frameworks, policies & processes which are best aligned to the organizational strategy & priorities
- Identify, design & drive new initiatives from time to time to enhance the overall effectiveness of the Performance Management System
- Continuously engage with business leaders and HR Heads to drive a performance driven culture
- Analysis of data/ trends & roll out of pulse surveys to review process effectiveness & identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with HR Technology team as Global Process Owner to review new technology offerings and take appropriate decisions on an organization-wide rollout of new features & functionalities
- Manage & facilitate the quarterly, half- yearly and annual performance reviews
- Manage the year-end rating calibration at an organizational level
- Partner with L&D team in developing manager capability building programs on Performance Management
- Partner with the Corporate Communications Team in designing and launching campaigns to drive awareness
- Provide advisory support to the business & HR stakeholders on Performance Management related matters
- Ensure implementation of appropriate process governance mechanisms
- Develop a knowledge repository basis research of best practices across the globe and share with relevant stakeholders
