Brand Manager / Group Brand Manager | Mumbai Industry: FMCG / Consumer / Ethical Function: Marketing Location: Mumbai Experience: 5-12 years Qualification: MBA - Marketing preferred We are looking for a Brand Manager / Group Brand Manager to drive end-to-end brand strategy, P&L, consumer insights, brand activation and new product development across a portfolio of brands. Key Responsibilities: - Own brand strategy, annual marketing plans and end-to-end brand P&L. - Drive ATL, BTL, digital and channel-specific marketing initiatives. - Develop consumer insights through market research and translate them into actionable brand strategies. - Identify new categories, product opportunities, extensions and innovations aligned with the brand. - Lead new product development and launches across offline and online channels. - Monitor brand health, market share, competition, category trends and overall business performance. - Drive pricing, product lifecycle and cost optimisation initiatives to improve profitability. - Work closely with Sales, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging and other cross-functional teams. - Manage external creative, media, digital, market research and BTL agencies. - Lead and develop team members while driving strong execution and business results. Ideal Profile: - 5-12 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Consumer, Healthcare/OTC or Ethical categories. - Strong hands-on experience in brand management, consumer insights, GTM and new product launches. - Proven understanding of P&L, commercial acumen and business growth. - Strong analytical, strategic and consumer-centric approach. - Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies. - Candidates with experience in similar consumer/healthcare categories will be preferred.
