Manager - Governance - Life Insurance

KRA:

- Min. of 4 years of exp. in Bancassurance sales.

- Responsible to push persistency related quality of business (including the persistency of old books).

- Responsible for Governance, which incorporates close monitoring of business performance and related activities of the assigned channel/relationships.

- Interact with the line time to time to keep the line focused on the key parameters.

- Governance tools.

- Implementation of various governance tools.

- Need to have good communication skills.

- Proficient user of Ms Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Excellent understanding of business numbers.
