- Develops, owns and monitors overall GBS governance framework - Work with Global Process Delivery Lead and their delegates to standardize operational, customer and vendor governance - Work with external vendor partners to embed them in the governance ensuring a balanced view for both parties - Supports the Global Process Ownership model in implementing standard governance framework across all process domains - Perform maturity assessments, periodic report outs and work with GPO stakeholders to fill gaps against standard framework - Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders of GBS and serve as a point of contact to share information with them - Develops a broad base of relationships with internal and external influencers and opinion leaders; brings together individuals with diverse perspectives to improve results
