Manager - Go To Market - FMCG - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We are looking for a candidate for the position of GTM Manager with an MNC FMCG firm.

Reporting: Head - Commercial Excellence

Qualification: MBA Premier - B- School

Experience: 5 - 8 years of work experience, Primarily FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

- Design the National GTM Playbook in alignment with overall Brand and Corporate Strategy

- Ensure the organization meets national distribution objectives while optimizing Cost to Serve for the entire value chain.

- Define Distribution and Reach objectives for P1 Markets and devise GTM strategy and Work collaboratively with respective Branch Leadership, deploy aligned GTM strategy to meet the desired objectives

- Work closely with customer marketing to define execution standards by Retail Environment across various sub channels so as to deliver seamless shopper experience
