Manager - Global Risk Analytics - Bank (5-8 yrs)
The role holder is responsible for embedding, operating and enhancing the Model Risk Control framework globally to ensure compliance with Model Risk FIM and regulations to cover the end to end model lifecycle, oversight and mitigation of any identified non-compliance, along with facilitating risk acceptance and reduction in risk appetite measures.
- Relevant experience 5 yrs+, Strong academic background from reputed institute
- Prior exposure in a model risk governance and controls role
- Ability to effectively balance risk management, regulatory expectations and commercial pragmatism
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills is mandatory; knowledge of Tableau will be a plus
- In-depth reviews of complex processes, systems and procedures in an uncertain landscape
- Track record in project management or business analytics will be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of seniority

Department: GAC Global Risk Analytics (GAC GRA)
Location: Kolkata, India
- The role is a part of Global Risk Analytics and has responsibility to enhance upon the model risk control framework across all GRA functions and regions
- The incumbent must ensure the embededment of an effective framework across multiple model types, and across GRA's functions and regions, each with its own regulatory expectations
- The role is responsible for working with key GRA stakeholders, MRG, IMR, Risk Strategy, Risk COO and CAO teams to establish an appropriate, effective and commercially pragmatic model risk framework for GRA
- The role is located in Kolkata, GAC India
