Position - Manager - Global Recruitment Operations

Requirement :

- A graduate/master's degree from a well-known college with at least 8-12 years of relevant work experience in an HRO/RPO Operation

- 2-3 yrs team management (direct reportee)

- Manage team of HRO associate & specialist

- Performance management

- Good in Stakeholder Management.

- Look candidates with present CTC - 16 LPA and above

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY

- Manage the various complex operations that support our global recruitment.

- Plan and forecast capacity utilization.

- Ensure quality work is delivered.

- Communicate rigorously within the team and with stakeholders.
